LEORPE has 6500 m² of plant space, of which 4500 m² are used for the production, assembly and dispatch zone as well as the shot-blasting and paint booth, with 1000 m² occupied by the administrative offices and warehouse.
To handle the products we build, we use six gantry cranes with a 30-tonne lifting capacity, as well as nine hoists.
We specialise in the production of carbon steel and stainless steel products, from 1 mm to 100 mm thick.
To form and/or prepare manufactured products, we use the following machines:
- Two bending machines with a maximum capacity of 3050 mm in length and 30 mm in thickness.
- Two folding presses with a maximum capacity of 600 tonnes.
- Shears, manual and automatic drills, punches, saws, etc.
- Welding equipment for semi-automatic welding processes (GMAW), TIG welding (GTAW) and electrode welding (SMAW).
Our production processes are compliant with ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX for carbon steel, stainless steel and super duplex steel (S355J2+N, P265GH, S690QL, AISI 316, AISI 347H, SUPER DUPLEX, etc.).
Our quality department has Certiaend* level 2 accreditation for PT and VT inspections. RT, MT and UT inspections are outsourced to accredited providers.
We also use a 450 m3 shot-blasting and paint booth.
